Adaptable Recruitment are working with a growing business based in Southport who are looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join the team

Package:

• Salary £24,000
• Full-time, Permanent

Location: Southport - Onsite parking available

Job Duties:

• Ensure purchase invoices are processed in a timely and accurate basis
• Investigate and deal with queries
• Preparation of payment proposals
• Making payments via BACS
• Reconciliation of supplier statements
• Supporting wider finance team internally
• Admin/ad hoc duties as required

Who will I report into?
This role will report directly into the Accounts Payable Manager

When will interviews be taking place?
Interview will be happening ASAP

Ideal experience?

• Worked in a fast-paced purchase ledger environment with high volumes essential
• Great communications skills to relay key information to other staff
• Good excel and system skills essential
• 1+ years experience in an Accounts Payable role is essential
