Adaptable Recruitment are looking to speak to candidates who are looking for a Bookkeeper role within a rapidly growing Accountancy Practice in Southport

Package:

• Salary £24,000-£27,000
• Study Support
• 25 days holidays + bank
• Full-time, Permanent

Location: Southport

Job Duties:

• Prepare company accounts for SME clients
• General bookkeeping duties to prepare VAT returns
• Bringing accounts up to trial balance ready for accounts preparation
• Supporting the team with financial data and reporting
• Process credit card expenses in a timely manner
• Liaising with clients and the team to ensure all required information is gathered
• General finance support as and when needed

Who will I report into?
This role will report directly into the Accountant

When will interviews be taking place?
Interviews for the Bookkeeper will be happening ASAP

Ideal experience?

• Knowledge/experience working within a similar transactional finance role is essential
• AAT qualification desirable but not essential
• Knowledge of cloud based packages such as Xero, Quickbooks etc
