The role:

  • Advise and coach managers on HR issues including performance, absence, and employee relations.
  • Support organisational development initiatives and training programmes.
  • Assist with employee engagement activities such as surveys and focus groups.
  • Help deliver recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring a great employee experience.
  • Maintain accurate HR data and use insights to support decision-making.
  • Contribute to people-led change projects and continuous improvement.

What you'll bring:

  • CIPD Level 3 (or working towards Level 5).
  • Previous HR Advisor / People Advisor experience, ideally in manufacturing, engineering, or logistics.
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and confidence handling day-to-day ER cases.
  • Good HR systems knowledge and ability to work with data.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
