At Adaptable Recruitment we have an Exciting Opportunity for a Technical Administrator to join a longstanding family run company in the Liverpool area.
Salary: up to £30,000 - Negotiable depending on experience & qualifications
Working hours: 9:00 - 5.30 fully office based
Holidays: 22 days holiday plus bank
Benefits: Study support for IICL qualification
Main Responsibilities to Include:
- Responsibility for checking and entering into the system estimates for repair. Checking for errors, amendments and acceptability to BHC in line with IICL guidelines, ensuring any anomalies are addressed and surveys requested if required.
- Responsibility for logging and reviewing surveys to assess if amendments are acceptable to BHC
- Review and entering all customer approvals into the system. Checking damage, wear & tear costs and requesting additional supporting evidence if required
- To assist in assessing if containers are to be repaired or sold
- Ensure containers are repaired in time liasing with depots
- Any additional duties required to maintain business continuity
Qualifications/Skills/Experience
- Shipping container IICL technical knowledge - this would be an advantage
- Good Qualifications Graduate
- Speaking another language - e.g. Spanish, Italian (not essential)
- Good knowledge of Outlook, Word and Excel - Microsoft office
- Excellent administrative and organisational skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Prioritise and multitask
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a team
- Cultural awareness and ability to work with customers/depots across multiple countries
