Adaptable Recruitment is proud to be partnering with a growing transport and logistics business based in Runcorn who are looking to recruit a Finance & Administration Assistant to join their friendly and supportive team.

Salary and Benefits
- £25,000 - £28,000 per annum (DOE)
- 37.5 hours per week (8.30am - 5pm with some flexibility on start and finish times)
- 25 days holiday + 8 bank holidays

What you'll be doing
· Supporting the finance team with day-to-day administrative tasks
· Raising and processing invoices for transport jobs and services
· Posting and allocating incoming payments
· Assisting with customer account queries and resolving discrepancies
· Maintaining accurate financial and operational records
· Supporting credit control and monitoring outstanding payments
· Helping with new customer account set-ups and documentation
· Checking proforma invoices and supporting the wider accounts process
What we're looking for
· Some experience in administration, finance, or customer service is helpful but not essential
· Someone confident communicating with customers and colleagues
· Organised, reliable, and comfortable managing multiple tasks
· Good attention to detail when working with numbers and data
· A positive attitude and willingness to learn within a fast-moving industry
