At Adaptable Recruitment we have a temporary opportunity for a Part-Time Receptionist to join a family-owned, award-winning company in the Liverpool area.
Salary £26,000 pro rata
2 Weeks - Could be extended
Working hours 10-3
Key Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact, welcoming visitors and handling enquiries professionally.
Manage UK and international calls via the switchboard.
Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area.
Coordinate meeting rooms, appointments, refreshments, catering, and couriers.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail.
Provide general administrative support, including updating documents and spreadsheets.
Support the business with ad-hoc administrative tasks.
Key Requirements
Previous experience in a front-facing receptionist role.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organisational, multitasking, and administrative skills.
Experience managing a switchboard.
Excellent communication, customer service, and attention to detail.
Positive, friendly, and professional approach.
